SHIPPING POLICY.

WE SHIP GLOBALLY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION AND TO KNOW ANY PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS IN THEIR GEOGRAPHIC DELIVERY LOCATION.

All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email. 

Shipping times vary based on the payment and shipping method selected, and the destination.

eCheck® payments are processed in 1-2 business days, and like regular checks, can take ~3 days to clear. 

Cryptocurrency payments clear our account in minutes. This payment method will lead to faster shipping times since there is no waiting for an eCheck® to clear.

You will receive an automated shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your order ships.


RE-SHIP POLICY.

We will consider re-shipments on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY.

We cannot accept refunds or returns due to the regulation of research and laboratory chemicals. Chemicals intended for research or laboratory use only cannot be returned or resold after they have been shipped.
